HUERTA DEL CONDE

Huerta del Conde is a privileged enclave located on the southern slope of Mount San Antón, with an area of more than 20 acres.
Its riches date back to the end of the Arabic period, after the discovery of a natural spring in the XIV century.

Huerta del Conde takes its name, in the late XVII century, from the Earls of Buenavista, illustrious nobles who contributed to the rise of the city of Málaga.
Development of the property began in 1986 when an ambitious landscaping project began, turning it into an authentic orchard of enormous botanical wealth.
In a majestic villa with panoramic views of the entire bay of Málaga, and within a unique natural environment, Huerta del Conde is the ideal setting to daydream by the shore of the Mediterranean Sea.
For most of its history, the estate was a farmhouse that had an orchard of more than 6 acres, which was distributed in a series of terraces
irrigated by small aqueducts and surrounded by stone walls.
In the orchard, they milled cereals and wheat, which explains the presence of a stone-threshing floor dating back more than 200 years.
Today, the gardens make up a unique ecosystem recognized and awarded by national and international experts, with more than 125 botanical species and some century-old specimens.

On the main plot, sits a Mediterranean-style house, with Arab and Roman influences, where over the last three decades countless events have been organized that have brought together Ambassadors, Secretaries of State, Mayors, businessmen, and renowned international artists.
The house consists of three floors and a tower. The ground floor has a large entrance, an office-library with exclusive woodwork and a fireplace, a spacious and bright living room overlooking the bay of Málaga and access to an interior Andalusian patio with a carved stone fountain, a luxurious dining room with a
capacity for 12 people and a fully equipped kitchen.

In the entrance courtyard, there is a suite studio with independent access suitable for people with reduced mobility, an en suite bathroom, and an additional toilet for guests.
On the first floor is the master bedroom with a vast dressing room and a bathroom with splendid views. There are also two other large bedrooms with bathrooms en suite and a duplex with two beds. The two west-facing bedrooms have balconies to enjoy the sunset.
The underground floor has a service bedroom with its own bathroom, a laundry facility, and a fully equipped gym with state-of-the-art machines.
The basement also provides a 2,000 sq. ft. indoor parking with a car wash.

In the heart of the garden, there is a stunning saltwater swimming pool inspired by the green Sukabumi stone from Bali, that offers a deep and highly sought-after turquoise tone. Adorned with abundant tropical vegetation, the swimming pool is surrounded by a large sundeck equipped with several hammocks and a Balinese bed.
The area is a privileged viewpoint that offers a panoramic view of the Mediterranean Sea.
The large terrace sitting next to the swimming pool offers an area of more than 4,000 sq. ft.It is ideal for holding ceremonies, cocktails,and receptions, with views of the sea, the mountains, and the night sky.

A unique concept designed by Miguel Seguí, a renowned architect from Málaga, who manages to take the garden indoors by recreating a modern forest with solid marquetry and wooden foliage that reveals all the magic.
Located under the terrace, the ?Origen? hall offers a spacious and luxurious multi-purpose celebration space. Equipped with dimmable lighting, a high-end sound system, as well as outdoor soundproofing. In addition, it includes pre-installation as a projection room and truss-type support around the perimeter to customize the audio-lighting effects.
The presence of a contiguous kitchen also makes it ideal as a dining hall for gala dinners, as well as corporate conferences and product presentations.
It has a nightclub license, which allows for its use as a celebration hall until late.
