Our 2024 rates are as follows (rate parity):

Low season (JAN, FEB, MAR, APR, OCT, NOV, DEC) – 50.000€/week
Mid season (MAY, JUN, SEP) – 75.000€/week
High season (JUL, AUG) – 100.000€/week

You can rest under a 700 year old oak tree, ideal for those who love a quiet environment and sustainability

ACCOMMODATION

Please take over the entire property. La Donaira is the ideal size for a wedding party with just seven individually-designed suites and rooms, and two award-winning yurts, accommodating 20 in total). Additional accommodation for up to 100 people can be arranged in nearby properties, and in our neighboring village.

18.000 €/day for the 2 first days

14.000 €/day from the 3rd day

We also offer a flat rate of 200 eur/day per external guest for all inclusive service. Our prices are established on an all inclusive, per person, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, all drinks and snacks in between meals. Also included in the price is the use of the natural outdoor pool, the spa (indoor swimming pool, sauna and Turkish bath)

Please note:

Shuttles, treatments, riding lessons, hacks and other experiences are not included.
No Noise restrictions after midnight, that means you can keep the party until late
External catering is not allowed
A budget of 90 000€ -150 000€ will be necessary to cover the venue, catering and most common suppliers, this estimate is based on 100 guests.
Menu per person starting at 210€
Fireworks are prohibited due to the venue location.

Administration

If you are here it is because you have already chosen your place to get married, now it is time to hire at least the two most important suppliers: the Venue and the catering. We will help you with the administration of this process and the review of the contracts.

Managment

At this point we already know all the components that we will need, it is time to contact all suppliers and direct this great team as if it were an orchestra. Here we will manage the whole event, supplier blocking, payment schedules, contracts, pending payments reminders etc.

Design & Theme

We will style your big day, we will design and create a theme based on your tastes and personalities. Once we have all the design of your wedding ready we will know which vendors to hire based on the agreed theme and requirements.

Wedding Day

Wow, the desired day has arrived, if we are at this stage we need to follow the timing of the day and get down to work so that the coordination of the day goes as scheduled. Even so we will have a previous meeting/rehearsal a few days before to go over the whole program.
