If you already have in mind some of the characteristics of your dream wedding venue we will help you find it. We will show you the venues that best suit your preferences, this stage also includes the Booking Of The Venues and the tour of the venues.
If you are here it is because you have already chosen your place to get married, now it is time to hire at least the two most important suppliers: the Venue and the catering. We will help you with the administration of this process and the review of the contracts.
At this point we already know all the components that we will need, it is time to contact all suppliers and direct this great team as if it were an orchestra. Here we will manage the whole event, supplier blocking, payment schedules, contracts, pending payments reminders etc.
We will style your big day, we will design and create a theme based on your tastes and personalities. Once we have all the design of your wedding ready we will know which vendors to hire based on the agreed theme and requirements.
Wow, the desired day has arrived, if we are at this stage we need to follow the timing of the day and get down to work so that the coordination of the day goes as scheduled. Even so we will have a previous meeting/rehearsal a few days before to go over the whole program.
