Full Wedding Planning and Coordination on The Day

Investment: between 8-10% from your overall budget with a minimum applicable fee.

This package is Ideal for couples with busy lives and work commitments. We will take care of all aspects from the start to the end. Some of the things we will do include helping you to decide the venue suits better your needs, assistance with the signing of the contracts, calendar of the payments. We will also manage supplier consultations, emails updating on progress, as well as email support during the wedding planning.

Included in this service is the creation of a beautifully designed wedding profile on our website so you can see your wedding details whenever you want to. It includes sections such as: Dashboard, Wishlist, To-do list, Budget, Guestlist and track those important RSVPs.

More in This Package:

-Online consultation via Zoom or Google Meet where we discuss your needs and wedding vision

-Preparation of estimates for 3 different venues before you fly to Spain and visit them properly, this way you can get an idea regarding the overall costs

-Tour at the venues you like the most, we recommend 3/4 venues per day 

-Schedule future meetings during your next visit to Spain

-Assistance choosing the Venue & Suppliers

-Creation of Budget and breakdown of Costs

-Email support and  One Zoom call per month

-Assistance in Suppliers Consultations & Negotiations

-Payments Coordination for all supplier services

-3 Meetings before Wedding Day:

*The first meeting is when we take you for a tour at the venues

*At the second one you will have the food tasting, meeting with the florist, makeup and hair style trials

 *The third meeting is the final meeting 3/4 days before the Big Day

*Lastly on your wedding day, we arrive at the venue when the first supplier gets there, we coordinate all suppliers, manage the timing and flow of the event (getting ready, ceremony, photos, cocktail hour, dinner, dancing, music), be your point of contact for any concerns and take care of all aspects without bothering you or your family.

-2 Coordinators on the Wedding Day (10 hours)

-Coordination and Direction of Wedding Day

-Assistance for bridal couple with any Last-Minute Details

-Pre party and Post party if applicable

-Hotel for 3 nights of accommodation arrangement for you and your guests

**In case there is not enough space at the venue or venue does not have accommodation we will find hotels very close to the venue and coordinate the transport if necessary.

• What Is Not Included:

-Additional hours on the wedding day

 -Additional coordinator on the day- in case you have more than 100 guests

-Wedding design and stylisation. In case the couple has no idea where to start and doesn’t provide a Pinterest mood board then our wedding stylist will create a personalized proposal including the palette color,furniture,  decorations and flowers. 

 -Creating your guest list and obtaining their addresses -this is the first thing to do after getting engaged, remember you know your family and friends best so this task is for you and your fiancée. 

-Breaking the venues rules – please bear in mind the venue rules are there for a reason and do not ask us to break them on your behalf, we work at the same venue time and time again, so breaking rules at a venue could lead to consequences long after your wedding day is over.

-Do the suppliers work -remember our main job is to coordinate your wedding and the suppliers involved. We are not sound technicians, so please don’t ask us to put a pen drive and control the music playlist, this is the DJ´s task.  If the cake needs to be cut, this is the job of the catering company (as they hold the catering license). Please don’t expect us to control the toilets and put extra paper, we are not sanitary cleaners. If we end up doing the tasks of other vendors to help you save money, we cannot do what you hired us to do.

 -Sign contracts on your behalf – we can direct you to book the best suppliers from the area and review contracts prior to a contract signing, but remember the services provided are between the clients and the service provider. Legally, it is necessary that the client signs all contracts directly.

 -Make decisions – I want your wedding day to be a reflection of your personality and love story. My job is to help navigate you through the planning process, while making suggestions along the way. Your job is to make decisions, and tell us what you like and dislike so your wedding day can be completely yours. Unfortunately, we cannot read minds, so any insight you can provide us, whether it be a Pinterest board, magazine clippings or things that you disliked at your cousin’s wedding, are all great ways to help us navigate your wedding planning and design.

 -Seating plan -Who knows your family and friends better than you and your fiancé? We can create the table’s layout, but when it comes to sitting uncle John next to Aunt Josephine – that is for you and your family to decide on. Make sure you provide these details two or three weeks prior to your wedding date so we can distribute these details to the caterer and bar service.

-WhatsApp messages or voice messages – this service is only for emergency and quick questions, please keep in mind we cannot save all the inspiration pictures or the useful information, this should be sent by email where we keep all suppliers separately. Apart from the emails remember we work with different programs where we keep all tasks and wedding details, documents, photos etc
